Nicholas Mosich

Mr. Mosich is a managing director and deputy general counsel in the Newport Beach office. He is PIMCO's head of alternatives legal, with responsibility for coordinating and overseeing coverage of legal matters relating to the firm's alternatives business and trade floor transactions on a global basis.. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2013, he was a senior associate with Latham & Watkins LLP, focusing on M&A, capital markets and general corporate matters. Prior to that, he clerked for a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. He has 17 years of legal experience and holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as managing editor of the Southern California Law Review. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Mr. Mosich is a member of the California Bar.
